Home Game Volunteers

15 Apr 2019 by Rob Klemm

Thanks to all the people who helped set up and pack up at our first home game for 2019. From Cody and Kaleb who came down early to set up the ground; all the players who helped set up and tidy up the rooms; Rob D. who did the ground inspection and was the Umpire Escort; Steve W. who was Team Manager for two games, ran water, and was in charge of general helpfulness; Julie L. and Shazza who ran the Canteen; Julie Z. and Nicole who operated the scoreboard; Andrew W. and Randy who goal umpired; Matt G. who was Game Day manager for the first match; Sheryl who was Property Manager; Courtney who looked after First Aid and training requirements; the Altona St John’s Ambulance crew who were on hand; and Adrian Fisher, who umpired 2 games in a row – we couldn’t do it with out such a great band of volunteers and helpers.
It was also great to see Superules coaches Paulie, Nick, Frankie and Sophie come down to support and to see the pay-off from their hard work, too.
