It’s been a big week for our new recruit Jarrod Redcliffe.
Last Tuesday, Jarrod officially became a fully qualified pastry chef after training in the industry for 9½ years. You can see how much he has learnt over that time when you look at some of his patisserie work. Just amazing!
Then on Sunday, Jarrod finished 12th out of 694 people in the 21kms Spartan race in Bright. For those who don’t know, Spartan is not only 21kms, but combines strength and endurance challenges along the way.
His strength and determination have certainly made him so brave and resilient that apparently he was considering the 10km and 5km races if his body recovered – not bad considering he is just over 12 months into his ACL recovery.
He’s one tough cookie!
