We have a big pre-Road Trip training session tomorrow night, before we head off to Ballarat on Sunday.
Along with all the other drills and gear, we will be bringing out the Tackle Tube, part of our support package from Altona sports Club.
Tackle Tube teaches safe tackle technique in motion. It helps players learn how to tackle safely, and can be used to teach tackling from all angles while moving.
